Aksheyaa College of Arts & Science
Aksheyaa College of Arts and Science (ACAS) is one of the self-financing Arts and Science college started in the year 2018, and promoted by Mutthamil Educational Trust, Chennai. The college is approved by Government of Tamilnadu and affiliated to the University of Madras. The college is headed by Dr.Akilan Ramnathan, a renowned Educationist, Philanthropist and former Bureaucrat. The Board of Directors are dynamic people with far sighted vision and wisdom. The campus spread over an area of 8 acres of lush greenery and an environment conducive for learning. It has architecturally designed exquisite buildings with ample infrastructure such as classrooms, laboratories, libraries, sports arena, canteen, hostels, dispensary etc.
We provide state-of-the-art infrastructure, well qualified and experienced teachers for developing the competence and overall skills of the students in order to meet the expectations of the ever growing society.

The College has dedicated faculty members who are an ideal blend of youth and experience. They focus on concept teaching rather than content transfer. The state of the art facilities are being used by both faculty and students beyond the college hours. Regarding the teaching and learning method, all the students are assessed continuously through various assessment tests throughout the semester. Beyond the curriculum, the students are also given additional courses, every semester, to enhance their employability skills.
The department collects the feedback from the students by the respective faculty members of the courses to ensure that they are comfortable with the teaching methods. Weak students are identified through the tests and are given special coaching. Students who fail or do not perform well in the tests etc are counselled individually and the informations are conveyed to the parents.
Parents are encouraged to visit the college and to meet their respective Class Counsellors, HODs and Principal.
